Life Skills: Stress - Sep 21, 2021 @ 11:00 am

Hello Students and community members,

Next week we are going to be having another life skills virtual meeting. We are going to be talking about "stress" from a biopsychosocial perspective. Stress is important to understand because it underlies many common mental health issues. Life skills is a way for students to be proactive in dealing with issues before they pop up during the schoolyear, so please join us in our hybrid format!
